Restricted Doomsday Syndrome: Sick leave slip

I didn't want to issue a single chapter sick leave slip, it would ruin the chapter formation too much, but there was no way.

It’s been a long time since I got sick. Yesterday I had a cold and fever, which was a bit serious. I still feel very unwell today. Let’s see what happens tomorrow. I hope I can get better soon.
