A Professor of Magic at Hogwarts Chapter 326: The Burrow
Outside Ottery St. Catchpole, Devon, is the rolling hills and fertile meadows where the Weasleys lived.
There was a red glow on the horizon, and a tall and thin young man emerged from the emerald green field.
Felix walked briskly along a winding path, passed the dilapidated garage, and stood in front of a small yard. Facing it was a crooked house built up to the height of several floors, and a sign was inserted obliquely in front of the house, which said "The Burrow".
Beside the gate lay some high-top boots, and a rusty cauldron. A few fat brown chickens were pecking in the yard.
Felix looked at the place, and he could imagine many stories just by the layout of a house—from the outside, the first floor is the most exquisite, probably the original appearance of the Burrow, with a beautiful red roof. However, the young Weasleys did not expect that as more and more children were born, the space in the house was obviously not enough. On the basis of the first floor, a second and third floor were added...
As a result, the house as a whole began to develop in a weird direction.
The door of the house swung open, and Arthur Weasley ushered Felix in. They came to the narrow kitchen, where a long, well-wiped wooden table took up most of the space, surrounded by boxes. In the cabinet, Mrs. Weasley was wearing an apron, cooking by the sink, and there was a weird little tune from the old radio.
"Hi, Professor Haip." Mrs. Weasley turned her head back in her busy schedule and said enthusiastically. Mrs. Weasley put the cut sausages and vegetables in, "Let's have some breakfast together, I cooked thick soup, as well as dry cheese and buttered bread."
Felix smiled and thanked him.
She turned to Mr. Weasley again and said, "Honey, go wake the children up." Hit the sink and shattered a corner.
"Don't be angry, Molly, I'll teach them a lesson." Mr. Weasley hurried upstairs.
"It's like this again... all day playing with their prank products, only to get back four certificates," she said angrily, repairing the plate with her magic wand, "I don't even come down to help when I wake up..."
She directed the washed dishes to fly to the long wooden table, explaining that "Charlie and Bill will be back a few days later, and there are only five children in the family now."
Felix said "I met Charlie some time ago."
Mrs. Weasley was attracted to him, and asked him about his second son's recent situation. She said with some concern, "He always told me that the job is safe, but it is a dragon after all..."
"He's got a solid group of teammates," said Felix, picking up light topics like feeding dragons and roasts, but Mrs Weasley was visibly frightened, so he turned to Charlie's Captain, he and a cute little Norwegian Ridgeback fight all day over brandy.
"That doesn't sound very bright," said Mrs. Weasley doubtfully.
"Ahem! They have a good relationship, more like a game..." Felix said, he walked to the living room and looked at the wall clock on the wall. There are nine pointers on the big clock, and the end of the pointer is like a spoon. The photo of each family member is pasted. The place where the number should be marked on the clock face is written where each family member may appear, including "home ", "School", "Work", "On the way", "Missing", "Hospital", etc., are marked with "Fatal Danger" at 12 o'clock on the general clock.
Felix secretly wondered about the magic used by this magic item. There must be a tracking spell, as well as name magic, magic to detect the body state... maybe the wall clock itself represents a kind of magic contract.
After a while, two red-haired boys came down from upstairs. They were Fred and George. The twins were wearing pajamas, their eyes were constantly searching, and their eyes lit up when they saw Felix who was looking at the clock on the wall.
"Professor, you really keep your word!"
"Where are we going now? According to Percy, you planted a castle--"
"What kind of magic is this? Can we learn it?"
"Are you going to buy Jokowi?"
Mrs. Weasley came out of the kitchen, her waist was thrust up, and she looked at the outfits of the two seriously. "Look at you two, what do you look like? Change your clothes, there are guests here."
The twins turned and went upstairs with drooping eyebrows and drooping heads. Before leaving, Fred couldn't forget to say, "Professor, wait for us, we have a new product, I—"
"Fred!" snapped the mother of the twins.
Fred immediately shrugged his shoulders and pushed George upstairs. Before disappearing, he poked his head out and said with a smile, "Mom, I'm actually George."
A muffled voice came from beside him, "You're talking nonsense——"
"Don't think you said that—" Mrs. Weasley's chest was puffed up, but the twins stomped their feet deliberately, making clinking footsteps, pretending not to hear them. On the third floor, an angry voice Shouting "Can't you keep your voice down!"
Mrs. Weasley filled the dishes with food, "That's Percy, he should be writing a report...he just entered the Ministry of Magic, very aggressive, desperately trying to make a mark."
Felix laughs and says "Fred and George are also hardworking, and their couple shots are very popular." He doesn't mention the weird prank products.
"That's it..." Mrs. Weasley paused, "I just think that they are still two years away from graduation, so it's too early to think about making money."
"Mrs. Weasley, they just chose their favorite things in advance. You should know them best. Based on their personalities, what kind of work do you think they will do after graduation?"
Mrs. Weasley looked hesitant. Although she was unwilling to admit it, she couldn't imagine that this pair of clowns would one day dress up to the Ministry of Magic to work. In other words, any work related to conformity does not seem to be suitable for them.
At this moment, Mr. Weasley came back, followed by a little girl with fiery red hair. She was Ginny, the youngest child of the Weasley family, and she was looking at Felix curiously. A little bit of the wizarding world.
Ron walked behind, yawning, sleepwalking with his eyes half-closed, and Percy and the twins emerged last, Percy with his hair combed and a prim suit on.
"I am now following Mr. Crouch, as his assistant, every day is very fulfilling, and today I am going to the Quidditch World Cup." Percy introduced his work, and he admired his boss very much. Judging from his eyes, he was deliberately imitating Barty Crouch's attire.
The twins winked at each other and wanted to say something, but Mrs. Weasley found out in advance, "Speaking is forbidden during meals."
Fred complained in a low voice, "Mom is too partial, she doesn't care about Percy."
"Yeah, because as a small boss, he is in charge of seven or eight people..."
"More than dad."
"But what is his job?"
"Wetherby, level this field—"
"The auditorium in the south lacks two hundred seats——"
Ron and Ginny bowed their heads ~IndoMTL.com~ grinning exaggeratedly, laughing loudly. Percy was furious, "You peeked at my notes!"
Mr. Weasley coughed twice, "Children..." He nods to Mrs. Weasley, who holds a soup spoon in one hand, her eyes are burning like an angry lion, and they immediately The flag died down.
The twins cleared the plate, and at the same time Felix put down the knife and fork, and said to Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, "Thank you for the hospitality. Oh, Mrs. Weasley, no more, I have already drunk Three bowls of soup..."
Outside the Burrow, the twins each carried a large bag containing their latest research results.
"There are seven kinds of fireworks, which can be fixed in mid-air and stay for a long time!"
"Okay, we've got plenty of time to talk, hold my arm now." Felix said, as the twins held him left and right. "Was it Apparation? We were so close to—" The three twisted together disappeared.
They appeared in an alley in a London neighborhood. The twins looked around curiously, staring at a huge trash can, "Professor, isn't this Diagon Alley?"
"I see," Felix said, "we need to change your clothes first, in case you scare others, we have a very busy schedule today."
