Hogwarts Outsider Chapter 86: Warning

Professor Horace Slughorn turned away.

Matthew walked into the Slytherin common room alone, and the stone door behind him quickly closed by itself.

It was the first time so many people appeared in the common room.

The soft armchairs by the fireplace were filled with students of all grades, and many people stood aside, discussing what happened in the past few days with anxiety...

And for some couples, today might be the worst Valentine's Day they've ever had.

Matthew first found the only prefect he was familiar with, Gemma Farley, among the crowd.

After pulling her to a remote corner, Matthew told her what Slughorn had said before.

"Do you need a password to leave the common room!" Miss Farley was almost taken aback: "Okay, thank you, Matthew, I will tell the other prefects about this...you also remember , don’t pass the password out!”

"Of course." Matthew nodded.

Then, he returned to his bedroom.

Malfoy, Crabbe, Goyle, and Nott are all here, and they all look listless.

Being unable to leave the common room for two and a half days is a bit "cruel" to these mischievous first-year students.

"Let's play wizard chess!" Nott suggested.

This proposal was quickly endorsed by the other three.

"Matthew, are you coming?" Malfoy called out.

"No, let's play!" Matthew shook his head, and then sat down at his desk.

……

The other four boys were happily playing wizard chess while shouting.

Draco Malfoy was still complaining why his pieces weren't as good as they used to be.

The entire dormitory was soon filled with a happy atmosphere.

But Matthew was lying at the desk, with his head down, thinking about something.

Hermione and Neville suddenly disappeared...

This is a completely unexpected situation.

After lunch, what happened——

Did they really investigate the truth?

Or...are they just involved in an accident?

Or...they were involved in the truth because of an accident?

Matthew was a little annoyed immediately, since the whole incident was about to come to an end, why did such an unexpected situation suddenly appear temporarily!

Ronald Weasley is not dead...Adams and Carrow are not dead...Not even Justin Finchley is dead...

But when it's Hermione and Neville's turn, things may be a little different!

If nothing happened to Matthew now...

Then tomorrow morning, perhaps Hermione and Neville will appear alive and kicking in front of them... Perhaps, what they will welcome are two corpses!

No, Neville may still be alive; but Hermione, if she is really involved in the truth, then she must die.

Matthew Wakefield closed his eyes.

No matter what, he couldn't watch those two children go to death.

He can't be cruel.

What's more, they really regard themselves as "friends".

So, he made up his mind!

Suddenly, a breeze came out of nowhere...

Then, Matthew's drawer was affected by a mysterious force and opened by itself!

……

"What's going on, why do I feel the wind in the room?" Malfoy shouted with some fuss.

"It's your illusion, Draco." Nott gave him a puzzled look: "Why is there wind in the room? Continue playing chess, my bishop will eat your horse!"

"Okay!" Malfoy also felt that it was his illusion, and didn't care too much about it.

Matthew looked at his opened drawer, and he knew exactly who did it.

He quietly took out the quaint book from the drawer, and then slowly opened it.

On the opened page, a line of big green characters appeared on the front:

"Don't go!"

Matthew blinked, but he didn't expect that this book would actually "care" about him.

Under normal circumstances, it shouldn’t be this kind of wise book that tempts me to join the adventure, but I can’t do it even if I kill myself...

Taking out a quill pen from the pen holder, after dipping it in ink, Matthew wrote calmly:

"I have to go!"

Waited for a while——

"You don't know what you're going to face!"

On the page of the book, the green handwriting reappeared, and the handwriting was very scribbled, as if reflecting the state of mind of this book... It is very anxious about this matter.

And Matthew wrote calmly:

"Of course I know."

The book looks a little angry:

"Then why did you make such a dangerous choice?" A series of handwriting appeared on the pages of the book. Due to the large font, it could hardly fit on a page: "She is very strong, very very strong... maybe even Stronger than your principal!"

Matthew suddenly smiled:

"Then do you know who she is?"

The book seems to have fallen into a brief silence:

"I don't know!"

Matthew dipped in ink again:

"But I know, if it's not really sure, who would risk their own life?"

The book fell into silence again, and then the handwriting on it showed:

"I don't understand, where does your confidence come from?"

Matthew slowly wrote:

"If you can really sense what's going on around you ~IndoMTL.com~ then I think you'll know right away!"

After a pause, he continued to write:

"For a truly powerful wizard, his strength lies not in his magic, but in his wisdom!"

And the handwriting of the book looks a little mocking:

"Do you think you are a powerful wizard?"

Matthew smiled again:

"Of course not!"

He was about to close the book and put it in a drawer.

However, at this moment, all the writing in front disappeared.

Instead, there is a line of words, the handwriting is very neat, and it looks very cautious:

"Take me!"

Matthew seemed to hesitate for a moment, and wrote:

"It's not necessary!"

He added another sentence:

"Remember not to hurt my roommate."

Then, he carefully closed the book and put it in the drawer.

……

After about an hour, the house elves delivered the food to each dormitory.

This is what Professor Slughorn said about dinner.

The students who were originally crowded in the common room returned to their dormitories to eat.

Malfoy and Nott and the others ate cold quail while playing wizard chess, very happy.

And Matthew quietly came to the common room, which obviously became much deserted.

He approached Shimen calmly, taking advantage of no one's attention, and whispered the password:

"Merlin!"

The stone door was slowly opened.

Matthew quickly got out, breathing in the fresh air outside the stone gate.
