Automotive Black Technology Chapter 757: : Qingtian universal fire fighting platform!

In the industrial field, there is one advantage that other industries cannot match - that is, very systematic standards.
This is something that most other industries don’t have.
For example, in the entertainment industry; a certain singer sings a song, and because of people’s different aesthetic standards, some people like it so much that they sing it every day. Some people may find it unpleasant, just noise.
For example, in the Internet literary world, if a certain author writes a book, some readers may read it with gusto and cannot bear to put it down. But there must be someone who throws out a **** sentence and then closes the page without bothering to look at it again, so as not to hurt his eyes.
For example, in the catering industry: two chefs make a dish. Some people like the one with a slightly stronger taste, and some people definitely like the one with a lighter taste.
Another example is the Ivy world; some gentlemen prefer those with 36D and above, and some gentlemen prefer those with small breasts.
But the industrial world is different.
To a certain extent, the industrial field is similar to competitive sports; as long as you can win, you are the strong one!
If winning or losing is the measure of competitive sports, then precision is the measure of the machining industry.
Under strict and systematic standards, if the product you make is good, it is good, and if it is not, it is bad. All kinds of inspection tools are placed on top, and they are divided into high and low places.
The 1:367US heavy-duty firefighting ladder truck model manufactured by Li Fanyu cannot be produced in a short time with the current processing technology of Manson Clay Company.
In the field of mechanical processing, production equipment can only produce products that are less precise than itself. The precision of the components of this car model is beyond the capabilities of Manson Clay's most advanced machine tools.
And in fact, in the opinion of Manson Clay's engineers, perhaps only Mercedes-Benz or the industrial mother machine of the National Equipment Center in Germany can produce such precise parts in such a short time.
Can it be done relying on Manson Clay Company itself?
In fact, it is possible, but it must rely on high-level technicians to build it completely by hand. It may be possible to make it in one or two years.
But compared to the gift that Li Fanyu took three or four days to return, this was undoubtedly inferior and meaningless.
So Manson Clay surrendered—had to surrender.
In silence, Manson Clay put away the model and held an emergency meeting. After some deployment, it was decided to assign more supervisors to the Chinese market, train maintenance engineers, and enhance the quality of all services before and after sales.
And... we will reduce the price of all Manson Clay fire ladder products in the Chinese market by 20%! In this way, we can stabilize the market share and snipe the impact that Zhengxin’s fire ladder products may have on Manson Clay in the future.
China Tiancheng, the R&D center of Zhengxin Group.
After more than two months of intense work, all four parts of the Atlas project are nearing completion. As soon as Lao Zhang and Li Fanyu got the progress under control, the four parts came to fruition almost at the same time.
In the design of F750, Li Fanyu made some modifications to the original version. In the previous time and space, although the F750 prototype was huge, the basic model did use 19-inch wheels. This is obviously not very coordinated for the huge body of the F750. It feels like a strong man with small feet.
Considering that heavy-duty firefighting ladder trucks need to adapt to complex environments, Li Fanyu added large wheels and widened tires to the Zhengxin F750.
The aggressive and thick front of the four-door version, coupled with wheels that are 385mm wide and 25 inches in diameter, make the entire front of the car look even more powerful!
In order to obtain a larger load capacity, the trailer part is designed into a high-strength load-bearing steel structure. The entire trailer part is four meters long and consists of two pairs of load wheels. The internally equipped transmission shaft, transfer case, transmission shaft and rear differential enable Zhengxin F750 to achieve a 6X4 drive structure.
Coupled with the three pairs of road wheels on the universal firefighting platform, the entire firefighting ladder truck has six pairs of wheels, which looks like a missile vehicle!
There are two sets of control systems on the highly modularly designed firefighting platform, which can operate the firefighting ladder and the elevated spray arm/elevated platform without conflict.
Because considering the size of the vehicle, there will be conflicts when operating two types of upper parts at the same time, so the upper part is designed to be able to be quickly switched.
Using a method similar to the way a tractor is used to assemble and disassemble a trailer, the two types of bodywork can be switched embeddedly.
The test vehicle currently in front of engineers is equipped with a conventional 78-meter ladder top. Why do you say it is routine?
Because under the leadership of Li Fanyu, the R&D team equipped the F750 with three height ladders. The basic version is 58 meters, the regular version is 78 meters, and the enhanced version is 98 meters!
The current height record for the world's highest fire ladder is 101 meters, manufactured by the Bolangtao Fire Protection Factory in Finland.
But in Li Fanyu's opinion, this height is simply a gimmick.
At high altitude, even if there is only Level 2 wind on the ground, you will still feel the sourness of the strong wind above. And such high-altitude wind resistance brings great instability.
In fact, Zhengshin’s enhanced version of the 98-meter ladder uses a large amount of X super alloy. Moreover, the diamond-shaped telescopic lever structure code-named "Silk Stockings" has a wind resistance coefficient far exceeding that of conventional concave ladders.
If Li Fanyu wanted to, it would be easy to break the record of the 101-meter tallest ladder in the world made by Finland's Bolan Kangtao Fire Fighting Factory.
But in his opinion, this is extremely irresponsible to firefighters.
Due to wind resistance at high altitudes, ladders over 70 meters are not stable. Because it adopts a special wind resistance structure, Zhengxin's "Qingtian" series of firefighting ladders can ensure that the swing range of the ladder does not exceed 20 centimeters at a height of 98 meters or in a strong wind of level 7.
No matter how high it is, it won’t work.
Think about it, at an altitude of about one hundred meters, even a swing of twenty centimeters would cause a normal person to feel slightly dizzy. If it exceeds this range, a person will be like a boat tossed in the waves!
So the height of Zhengxin Qingtian series ladders is controlled to 98 meters.
Under the premise of safety, the maximum height that can be guaranteed!
In order to match such a height and give the ladder and elevating spray arm/elevating platform maximum stability, the sides of the fire platform have also been carefully designed.
General fire ladder trucks have four retractable brackets on the support points of the upper body. Before the ladder is extended, it is opened, just like a folding square table, and the four brackets are firmly fixed to the ground. If you look down from the sky after a conventional ladder is deployed, the fire ladder truck and its four brackets on the ground will have a "return" structure.
When we got to Li Fanyu, this structure was upgraded.
The mechanical support points of the universal firefighting platform were redesigned by Li Fanyu, achieving a layout that even junior design experts consider perfect. In order to enhance the stability of the upper body, the number of telescopic brackets on the universal firefighting platform has been increased to six.
The three-point brackets on the left and right take the shape of brackets when extended. If you look at the ground from high altitude at the unfolding part of the ladder, then the shape of the entire firefighting platform is like this: (head)
Such a special-shaped structure naturally brings higher stability!
After combining all the links, the trial version of Zhengxin’s first product in the field of fire-fighting machinery was finally launched.
After seeing such a complex and unconventional prototype vehicle, the firefighters from the fire brigade who came to assist in the test were all stunned...
