Daily Life at Hogwarts Chapter 348: The Burrow

The three went downstairs and into the yard, where a few fat brown chickens were pecking.

The Weasley family's yard is very large. If the surrounding land is included, it is overgrown with weeds, the flowerbed has not been taken care of, and there is a large green pond next to it, with many frogs in it.

Fred walked to the edge of the flowerbed, bent down and peeked in, and in a matter of seconds he grabbed a goblin.

"Let me go! Let me go!" the goblin screamed, kicking Fred's hand.

"It can actually talk!" Albert leaned over and looked at the goblin, feeling that this kind of creature was incredible.

The goblin is small, with a large, round head as bare as a potato, and rough and tough skin.

"Well, goblins can talk, but they're stupid. You just turn the goblins unconscious and they won't find the goblin hole." Fred grabbed the goblin's ankle, lifted it upside down, and smiled. Albert said, "We go somewhere else, don't let my mom see it, she doesn't like us messing around with that stuff and she keeps trying to get us into the Ministry of Magic later, you know, it's like a prison."

Albert couldn't help but laugh.

"What are you doing?"

The three were just about to change places, when Ginny appeared out of nowhere, staring at Fred who was carrying the goblin, and asked curiously.

"We're going to do a fun experiment!" George winked at Ginny. "Don't tell Mommy, okay?"

"Okay!"

Ginny nodded vigorously in agreement.

The four changed places. After Fred put the goblin down, they saw George take a toffee from his pocket, peel off the wrapper, and force it into the goblin's mouth.

It wasn't easy, George got bitten by the goblin and it took a long time for the guy to eat the candy.

"You feed the goblins toffee?"

Ginny blinked her pretty eyes and asked in confusion.

"Looks like a failure?" said Albert. "Perhaps, you should put two drops of swelling agent directly into his mouth to see if the swelling agent works for a goblin creature."

"Are you the devil?" Fred couldn't help but grumble, but he did.

As George pried open the goblin's mouth, he poured a bit of swelling agent into its mouth.

"It doesn't seem to work."

As soon as the voice fell, the goblin in front of them suddenly expanded in a circle, like a blown balloon.

"It's effective, but it's not obvious." Albert said his guess, "It's probably because the expansion agent you've made is not very effective. Of course, it may also be that the creatures like goblins are against demons. The drug has a certain resistance.”

"We fiddled with the summer," said Fred glumly, "and ended up with something like this."

"Make it come!" Albert asked, "It should be fine to use magic here!"

"It doesn't matter, the Ministry of Magic has no idea who is using magic in the wizard's house."

"It's enviable, I can't use magic at home." Albert pulled out his wand and waved it, turning the bloated goblin back to its original shape.

"By the way, how on earth did you develop Fat Lip Seasoning last time."

"Who knows!" Albert reassured casually, "Things won't go as smoothly as you think, especially for these inventions, without sufficient knowledge and patience."

The twins pouted in disdain. Someone has created a lot of interesting magic items.

"Okay, let's stop talking about that, and tell me about the wizarding world. I'm curious about what a wizard's life is like."

Albert looked at the Weasleys' house from afar. It looked very artistic. There were four or five chimneys on the roof. It's built by magic.

Different from Broad's estate, the Weasleys lived in the remote countryside, had their own vegetable garden, not only raised chickens and ducks, but even had pigsties further afield. This was a completely self-sufficient small farmer's life.

"It's boring. We usually do some housework and play Quidditch together occasionally." Fred seemed reluctant to bring up these things. "Maybe, we should promote wizard cards as soon as possible."

"The wizard card, what is that?" Ginny asked curiously.

"A card game invented by Albert, we're trying to promote it, and we had our first wizarding card game at Hogwarts last term..." Fred gushed to his own The sister talked about their great achievements in school, and in the end, George couldn't stand it anymore, kicked him, and told Fred to shut up.

Presumably to entertain Albert, the Weasleys' lunch was extra generous,

Mr. Weasley sat Albert next to him during dinner and kept asking him about Muggles.

Albert talked a lot about Muggles and asked Mr. Weasley about the wizarding world. He was very interested in the wizarding radio station, but Mr. Weasley couldn't say anything, only wizards Muggle radios have been transformed using magic.

In fact, wizards are very good at doing this kind of thing. The Hogwarts Express is the best example. At that time, the British Ministry of Magic directly requisitioned a Muggle train and made a series of modifications to it.

"Thank you, I'm full."

While Mrs Weasley enthusiastically served Albert a third meal, he hastily refused.

After lunch, everyone sat at the dining table and chatted. Abbott asked Mr Weasley if he would get himself in trouble if he practiced divination at home.

"Probably not, as long as you don't use magic." Mr. Weasley said casually, apparently not thinking that Albert could learn divination on his own.

"It's hard to really learn useful things in divination classes." Percy, who rarely returned to his room, said: "At most, people can only understand some common sense things, and there are very few wizards who really understand prophecy." /

"Yeah!" Albert responded inexplicably. He has panel skills. If he adds a few upgrades, he will definitely be able to learn prophecy, so he is not worried that he will not be able to learn it at all.

Percy seems to have opened the conversation box, blah blah blah, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah passing on some of his own experiences to Albert and how to schedule his time so he doesn't miss out on the twelve homework assignments.

Bill told him more than half of Percy's experience.

"I think your consideration is completely superfluous." Fred finally couldn't help interrupting Percy.

"Don't forget, Albert grew up in the Muggle world, and his Muggle studies are better than most wizards, if not learned." George pointed this out bluntly, thinking that he might be a little bit more than a family because of his family. There's too much homework to do, but Albert certainly won't.

"His Ancient Rune is much more powerful than yours." Fred continued to beat Percy, "I don't think you're as good as Albert."

"Cough, continue to talk about divination, I am very interested in it." Albert interrupted, "However, the professor of divination does not seem to be very reliable."

"It's really not very reliable." Percy said in a low voice, "but everyone can still learn some basic knowledge."

In the afternoon, several people gathered together to play wizard cards.

Ron and Ginny are also involved.

However, Ron was bored by this kind of card game with no special effects, and was ridiculed by Fred and George.

Ginny was interested in the portraits above. After listening to the rules, she quickly got started and played with Fred.

"Why no Percy cards?" Ginny asked after a game.

"Because we didn't have Percy's permission," Albert explained casually. "We wouldn't mind making him a card if he allowed it, um, Prefect Percy."

"Don't do it, I guess no one will use it."

In the evening, when the sun was slanting and the heat had just subsided, Fred and George suggested that they go to the nearby woods to play Quidditch.

Ron and Ginny also went along, taking turns using Charlie's broom.

"Wood will definitely not let you be lazy again." Fred looked at the few people flying in the sky and said to Albert: "After all, I lost so badly last time."

"Forget it, I have a bunch of classes this semester and I'm too busy."

"Why do you study so much?" George was puzzled. "It's not Percy, the guy who wants to go to the Ministry of Magic all day long. I don't think you are interested in the Ministry of Magic~IndoMTL.com~ Well, yes I’m not interested, but I’ve never had too little knowledge, so accumulate more so that you don’t have enough time.” Albert changed the subject, “Your sister is flying well, she might be an excellent Quidditch player in the future. ."

"She used to sneak out with a broom before." George pouted, of course, he and Fred both pretended not to know about this.

"I remember you seem to have a sister too."

"Well, she has no magical talent."

"It's unbelievable to have no magical talent." George was indeed a little surprised. After all, in their opinion, Albert's magical talent is too amazing.

"This is also something I can't do." Albert said helplessly: "There are some things that can't be forced."

While the two of them were talking, an owl flew towards them.

"You've got quite a lot of letters, I always feel like I see you receiving letters often." Fred couldn't help but complain, "Who sent it?"

"Mr. Broad." Albert glanced at the sender on the envelope, tore the envelope, took out the letter inside and began to read the contents on it, frowning slightly, Mr. Broad told him that he would be sent before dinner People picked him up.

"He said he would send someone to take me to him later."

"You're leaving? I thought you were going to stay with us for a few days." Fred, who was just down, said with wide eyes, "If you don't stay for dinner, Mom will be very disappointed. ."

"Let me write him a letter." Albert put away the letter, touched the owl's head and said, "Let him come and pick me up after dinner."

Albert was a little curious about what was the surprise Isobel wrote in the letter last time, and she seemed to think she would definitely accept the fact that he was the heir.
