Harry Potter: Dark Alchemy Chapter 106: Changchu’s birthday gift
Wright continued to stay in Paris to study alchemy with Nicholas, and while making great progress, the other side was in the beginning of Edinburgh, Scotland, and welcomed her on the 18th day of June. The thirteenth birthday in life.
Early in the morning, Chang Chu’s mother had already got up from bed and prepared today’s birthday party for her baby girl. But Changchu's father has been vigilantly casting his own small building one after another to prevent the thief from last year from coming to his home this year to abduct his intimate little quilted jacket.
Especially around Changchu's room, Chang's father has used all the spells he has learned throughout his life, and Chang's father can't wait to cast it on. He didn't want to see that nasty boy in his daughter's wardrobe again this year!
Felicia, who came back with Changchu during the summer vacation, was not allowed to sleep in the same room as Changchu. Dad Chang used his delicate craftsmanship to make a cat litter for Felicia. Put it in a corner of the living room.
Felicia, who was awakened by Chang Chu’s mother’s actions early in the morning, was squatting on the refrigerator in the kitchen, with emerald green eyes staring at Chang Chu, who had long dark brown hair high on her head. Mom, she was tumbling orange-red salmon meat in a pan in front of the stove.
The scent of fried fish gradually filled the kitchen, and Felicia couldn't help reaching out and licking it.
"Felicia, go and call Xiaochu, okay?" Changchu's mother tilted her head and said softly to Felicia on the refrigerator.
I have been with Felicia in the Changchu family for almost two years. Naturally, I know Felicia’s intelligence and almost regard Felicia as an official member of the family. By the way, the status of family members is: Changchu's mother, Changchu, Felicia, and Chang's dad at the bottom.
Felicia meowed, but stood up but did not leave immediately.
"Well, you little greedy cat." Chang Chu's mother smiled and cut a thin piece of fish with a shovel, and put it on a small plate nearby and handed it to Felicia.
Not long after the stove was turned on, the temperature of the salmon meat just happened to be acceptable to Felicia. It didn't take a second, Felicia ate the small piece of fish gorgeously. Then he quickly jumped from the top of the refrigerator to the dining table, followed the dining table, and ran towards the Changchu room on the second floor.
"I said, this cat is almost ready!" Chang Dad sitting at the table put down the newspaper in his hand and squinted at Felicia's disappearing back.
"Chang Wei, don't think I don't know what you are thinking." Chang Chu's mother turned her head and squinted at Chang Chu's father who was sitting at the table. The spatula in her hand was still shaking like a demonstration. Next, "Felicia is my heart and Xiaochu's heart, don't even think about sending it away!"
"Hanni, look at what you said, I haven't said anything!" Chang Wei raised his hands like surrender, with a wry smile on his face.
"Even if you didn't say it, I know what you are thinking!" Hanni turned her head and continued to fry the fish in the pan, "I know you can't understand Wright, but I think that kid is quite Okay!"
"Then you haven't seen his true face!" Chang Wei said, and he remembered this time last year. It was in Xiaochu's room that he saw the boy named Wright for the first time, and he got out of the closet! Even though a whole year has passed, Chang Wei still has a bit of resentment when thinking about it now.
Changwei stared at a corner of the kitchen for a while, where a large wooden box was placed. Like last year, this wooden box was also found at the door when he got up in the morning. Needless to think about it, he knew that it was the birthday present of the boy named Wright.
Just as the husband and wife were talking, Changchu wore a sky blue short pajamas and walked in from the kitchen door, holding Felicia in her arms.
"Mum and Dad, good morning." Chang Chu smiled and greeted his parents.
"Good morning, dear!" Hanni and Chang Wei responded at the same time.
"Mom, what shall we eat this morning?" Chang Chu opened a chair by the table and sat down, and asked energeticly toward Han Ni's back.
"Of course it's pan-fried salmon." Chang Wei rushed to reply, and raised his eyebrows with his daughter inviting credit.
While talking, Felicia in Chang Chu's arms suddenly jumped onto the big box in the corner of the kitchen, and then meowed at Chang Chu.
"What's that? Mom?" Chang Chu asked Hanni.
"We haven't opened it yet, but I guess it should be a birthday gift from your little boyfriend." Hanni's voice of teasing came from the stove.
"Wright?" Chang Chu immediately jumped off the table and rushed to the wooden box.
"I think so." Chang Wei said sourly. Since entering elementary school, his daughter has never shown such enthusiasm to him.
"What is this?" Chang Chu waved away Felicia, and then opened the lid of the wooden box. "A radio ~ IndoMTL.com~ how many more letters?"
Changchu, holding the radio in one hand and the parchment letters in the other, walked to the table with disappointment. She thought Wright would hide in a wooden box and then suddenly appeared to surprise her!
put the radio on the table casually, and after a short period of research, he turned on the radio directly.
As the power button was pressed, the tape in the radio immediately began to creak. Then after a burst of electrical noise, a distorted Wright's voice came out of the recorder.
"Happy birthday! Changchu!"
" I’m sorry I can’t go to your birthday party in person. I’m still in France. And I don’t think your dad welcomes me very much, so I can only use the same method last year. You sent a birthday present."
When giving gifts, Wright never thought that he would put the radio on the dining table so loudly at the beginning of the day and listen to it with her parents. So what was originally just a whisper with Chang Chu turned into a public sentence.
As soon as Wright’s voice fell, Chang Wei turned black. Hanni also turned off the fire, smiled and walked to the table and sat down.
Changchu glanced at her father and then at her mother. She really didn't have the courage and face to take the radio away, but she tightened the parchment letter paper in her hand.
"This year's birthday gift is still a song, I wish you a happy birthday again." Wright's voice disappeared.
Just as Changchu was about to pick up the radio and ran towards her room, Hanni smiled and took her daughter's shoulders.
A soothing guitar sound rang from the radio.
