Harry Potter: Dark Alchemy Chapter 82: The Unicorn of Death

The next morning, when Wright came to the hall for breakfast, he did not accidentally find that Slytherin College’s College Cup score was 20 points short. But what surprised him was that the huge hourglass in which Gryffindor recorded the Academy Cup score was not one hundred missing, but one hundred and fifty points missing.

But weren’t the only two who went to the Astronomy Tower yesterday, Harry and Hermione? Wright looked at Gryffindor's long table, but didn't see Harry and the two of them.

While waiting for Wright to find Harry and Hermione, they were in the library with Ron, who came out of the school infirmary after healed, carefully reviewing the specific content of the upcoming final exam.

Other students are sitting far away from them, whether it is Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff, even the students of Gryffindor College have expressed a certain degree of alienation towards them. Of course, Slytherin will not be missed to isolate them.

There is only one person in the entire library sitting on the same table with them: Neville.

When he saw Neville, Wright had already reacted. The reason why Gryffindor's score was one hundred and fifty points less in the morning, apart from Harry and Hermione, must have been Neville's contribution.

The most likely reason is that when Professor McGonagall sent Harry and Hermione back to the Gryffindor common room, he met Neville, who was forced to stay outside the lounge because he carelessly forgot his password.

Wright didn’t think about the real reason at all. Neville was brave this time. He rushed directly to the Astronomy Tower to remind Harry and Hermione about Malfoy, and then he ran into him head-on. Professor McGonagall.

"Harry are you okay?" Wright sat across from the four people, then stretched out his hand across the table and lightly nodded Harry's writing.

Harry raised his head. After seeing Wright, he reluctantly smiled: "It's okay."

Hermione, who was sitting next to Harry, didn't even lift her head at this time. She didn't know if she was still sad because of the deduction.

Wright did not speak, but waited quietly for Harry to calm down.

After a while, Harry continued to speak, "Wright, where did you go last night?"

"I hadn't moved in the dark all the time, but Professor McGonagall never noticed me when he came." Wright said.

Harry nodded, which was the only reason he could think of.

"By the way, you should be in the Gryffindor common room tonight?" Wright asked.

"Yeah, what's the matter?" Harry said.

"Your invisibility cloak fell on the Astronomical Tower last night and I didn't take it. I brought it to you." Wright said, "I was going to return it to you now, but there is nowhere to look at you. You can wear the invisibility cloak, then I will send it to you at night."

   Harry nodded again.

  ……

Unknowingly, another week passed. The time for the final exam is getting closer and closer, and the whole Hogwarts Castle is full of tension. Eddie suffered from pre-exam tension syndrome like last year, but this year his hope is no longer a potion, but a divination.

On Saturday, Wright finished his day of review tasks, and came to Hagrid’s cabin when the weather turned cooler in the evening. He was going to rest in Hagrid for a while, and then go to the Forbidden Forest to search for some magic materials for making alchemy props.

   in the wooden house.

"Hagrid, do you mean those unicorns living in the Forbidden Forest are always injured?" Wright put down the teacup in his hand and looked at Hagrid across the table somewhat unexpectedly.

"Yes, the unicorns have been attacked by some magical creatures these past two days. They always look scarred these days." Hagrid said, "Even on Wednesday, I still I met a unicorn that seemed to be extremely injured. You know, I have never seen any kind of magical creature that can harm a unicorn, let alone injured so badly."

Hagrid patted the huge crossbow on his body: "So I don’t recommend Wright, you go to the Forbidden Forest again this evening. I will patrol with Fang tonight. If you have to go, Better go with me."

Wright glanced at the teeth on the ground. There was a white bandage on its tail. Under the bandage was the wound that Norbert had bitten out the other day.

"Well, I'll follow Hagrid tonight." Wright picked up the suitcase by his feet, which he was going to use to hold the magic materials he would find later. The space of the suitcase is much larger than that of the Mok bag, and it is also more suitable for holding those materials.

The two came out of the hut together with their tails and bandaged Fangs. The cool evening breeze blew in from the forbidden forest, and the summer's dampness and heat gradually dissipated. As time went by, Wright's mood became more and more relaxed.

After entering the forbidden forest, the light outside gradually dimmed, and the forbidden forest was dark and silent.

Wright and Hagrid walked silently on the deep path of the Forbidden Forest, while Yaya walked in front of them, exploring the way for them. Suddenly, a beam of moonlight fell on the ground from the gap between the leaves, and a silver-white object on the ground was gleaming under the moonlight.

"What is this?" Wright walked to the silvery-white liquid and squatted down~IndoMTL.com~ It seemed like a piece of flowing mercury, "Is it unicorn blood?"

"Yes, it seems that we have to be faster." Hagrid looked anxiously at the blood on the ground, "If the blood is left here, it means that the injured unicorn is already We are not far away, I hope we can arrive in time."

Wright stood up, and accelerated his pace with Hagrid. After another half an hour or so, the two of them had already approached the depths of the forbidden forest, not far from where Wayway had been restocked.

The blood stains on the ground became denser and denser. If it weren't because the branches here were so luxuriant that the moonlight outside would not come in, there would definitely be a bright silver light on the ground.

Wright followed Hagrid and walked around a tree blocking the way. The roots of this old tree were spattered with a lot of unicorn blood, as if the unicorn died here. .

At this moment, Hagrid in front of him suddenly stopped, Wright walked to his side and looked forward. What appeared in front of him was a clearing, and a white thing was lying on the ground and gleaming.

"A dead unicorn." Wright looked around, then pulled Hagrid's sleeve again, "Hagrid, watch out for the surrounding environment."

The white thing lying on the ground is a dead unicorn. A huge laceration appeared on its neck, as if it could almost split its head and body into two. The ground was dripping with silver-white unicorn blood, and the blood exuded a clear brilliance under the moonlight.

Wright and Hagrid leaned carefully, their shoes stepped on the blood on the ground, making a heavy click.
