Silent Crown: It’s miserable this time

The leg hurt all day yesterday. I couldn't sit down and couldn't code words. I woke up in the early morning of the pain. I couldn't bear it until four o'clock, so I went to the hospital for emergency.

Sure enough, the lumbar intervertebral disc has been herniated.

Take medicine and lie down honestly for the past two days, not daring to sit for a long time.
